Processing Your Order

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the Pippen Hill Rooms website. When placing your order, please make sure that you’ve thoroughly checked your order over and everything is correct, quantity, color, size, etc. Pippen Hill Rooms strives to expediate all orders, however, at times products advertised on Pippen Hill Rooms will be out of stock, on backorder or discontinued. You will be notified by Pippen Hill Rooms promptly if this occurs.

Cancelling Your Order
We try hard to get your order processed as soon as possible. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, we need to know within 1 business day.

Payments & Sales Tax
Pippen Hill Rooms accepts, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal. You will not be charged any sales tax., even if you live in Arizona, we'll pay for the sales tax.

We only ship to the 48 Contiguous United States. We don’t ship internationally or to Canada.

We strive to give you the best estimated shipping times, but shipping times are approximate estimates. Please contact us prior to purchasing your item, to be sure that we can meet your needs.

Many of our products will ship directly from the manufacturer or artisan. Shipping times in product description are usually based on the manufacturer or artisan’s estimated shipping times and are subject to availability and/or productivity.

If a package is found undeliverable, due to incorrect address, suite number or phone number, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the delivery address.

*Oversized products usually require an additional shipping fee. On product descriptions, it should state that there’s an extra shipping charge. Please contact us if you have any questions about an additional shipping charges.

Some items may be on backorder. If this occurs, you will be notified of the later shipping date and you will be given the option to cancel the order and refunded your money or be notified of the later shipping date. Some items shipped directly from manufacturer or artisan may not arrive together. However, you won’t be charged for any additional shipping costs for backorder or separate shipped items.

At Pippen Hill Rooms our objective is to provide our customers with the best price available. If you find a price from a competitive United States online/ecommerce store we will gladly match that price. However, in order to match the price, the item(s) must be the same brand, same style, same size and in stock. To honor the price match guarantee we must be notified prior to your order being placed.    • Prices not from the United States.

Return Policy
At Pippen Hill Rooms, we strive to provide the best in customer service. 

If for any reason you find any of our products unsatisfactory, you may send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund. The item(s) must be in its original condition, unused and will all original tags and packaging intact, for a refund or store credit. We do not refund the cost of shipping for returned items.

All custom-made orders, personalized items, sale items, fabric yardage, wallpaper and furniture and any other made-to-order items cannot be returned. If you need to cancel any custom-made order(s) or furniture we need to know within 1 to 2 business days of your original order date.

Typographical Errors

At Pippen Hill Rooms is a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pippen Hill Rooms reserves the right cancel or refuse any products listed at the wrong price. Pippen Hill Rooms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Pippen Hill Rooms will issue a credit to your credit card account for the cost of the wrong price.
