Flat Rate Shipping for only $4.95 to all of the 48 Contiguous United States. We're sorry, at this time we aren't shipping internationally.
At Pippen Hill Rooms we try our hardest to make sure that you receive your baby and children's products as quickly as possible. Most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and shipping times will vary. Many of our items have a approximate delivery time.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and tracking information.
Returns and Exchange Policies:
Custom Made and Personalized Items: These are usually handcrafted and are made especially for you, please remember they are NOT RETURNABLE, NON REFUNDABLE, and NOT EXCHANGABLE. All sales on these items are considered a final sale item.
If it's custom made or personalized, we try to list it in our product description. However, if you're unsure, please feel free to contact us, to insure that you know if it's returnable.
If item is not up to your satisfaction, store policy is that you must contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please remember, when returing, all item(s) must be in original packaging, tags attached, and unused for full credit refund. All refunds must be inspected before the final refund will be granted. When returning item(s), customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges.
